WORKSHOPS

I'm  offering lots of workshops this year. New are my once a month Saturday Flower Clubs. Join me to  tour the cutting garden and watch a demonstration. All dates and details  listed below  £20 a session and come to as many as you like. 

Then in autumn its time for dried flower autumn wreath making and then festive wreath making in November and December.

So grab some friends or come alone to make make new ones and  why not learn how to make beautiful seasonal bouquet with freshly gathered British flowers or a seasonal wreath.  A workshop is a lovely way to spend some time with Lisa in her Shropshire garden with flowers, friends, coffee and freshly baked goodies from the Aga.

NATURAL LUXURY CHRISTMAS WREATH MAKING 2026

Join me to make a beautiful Christmas wreath here at Gate House Florals near Bridgnorth in Shropshire .The wood burners will be lit and it's going to be  especially cosy, magical and festive.  We will use a range of British  grown winter evergreen foliage, dried flowers and seasonal flourishes to create a stunning sustainable door wreath.   There will be homemade refreshments and I will be on hand to teach you all the florists techniques. Grab some friends or come on your own - everyone is welcome:

NEW FLOWER CLUB   
2026

Join me in the cutting garden for a casual and relaxed morning with the flowers. I'll share my tips about growing, picking and designing sustainably with English garden flowers.

Each session will begin with  a garden tour, followed by a demonstration and let's not forget some delicious homemade refreshments coffee and cake!

So join on a club  morning 10:00 - 12:00pm. 

to wander the garden and flower beds to see what is in season, enjoy some  homemade refreshments and then gather for a demonstration. 

Dates:

April 25th: Spring tulips, ranunculus and demo is the spiral technique. 

May 16th:  Spring alliums and spring perennials and demo is a meadow box

June 20th: Summer & British Flowers Week - roses and demo is a flower crown.

July 31st:  Summer perennials to grow for dried flowers. Demo - arranging in vessels

Sept 20th: Autumn dahlia days and a demo on  table scaping.

STUNNING EVERLASTING DRIED FLOWER WREATH MAKING 2026

Join me for a creative morning of wreath making. You will design and craft your own half moon everlasting dried flower wreath using flowers all grown and harvested  from here in Shropshire. 

You will work with an abundance of colour and seasonal textures. I will teach you sustainable floral mechanics as well as give you advice on the best flowers to grow and dry yourself.
