We offer truly beautiful, natural funeral flowers and a bespoke service.
Our funeral flowers are all grown here in Shropshire by us and by other local and British growers. Our arrangements reflect the season, an English garden and our countryside. You are welcome to include elements from your own and loved one's garden so that your farewell flowers are truly personal for you and your family.
Delivery to Funeral Directors in Shifnal, Bridgnorth, Codsall, & Albrighton and to Wrottesley Park natural burial site is included in the price. Dressing a coffin with a handmade ivy garland and individual flower posies is also included in the price.

CASKET TOP ARRANGEMENT
A traditional single arrangement abundant with flowers that sits on the top of the coffin and is the main floral display. This tribute is full of seasonal fresh flowers and foliage arranged in moss on a compostable tray and is suitable for natural burials. We can also include little plants that can be gifted in memory of your loved one and replanted after the service.
We can add thoughtful personal elements like favourite flowers (when in season) and stems from your loved one's own garden. It can be carried easily as one complete piece.

SHAREABLE CASKET ARRANGEMENT
The Shareable Casket Arrangement sits on the top of the casket. It looks like one fabulous display of flowers, but is in fact created with 6-8 individually wrapped bouquets of different sizes. Each individual bouquet is in compostable floral wrap to keep it hydrated. The bouquets are all secured to a firm wooden base. At the end of the service the individual bouquets are easily separated and can be shared out, gifted or used as posies in vases to display at the wake. The wooden base is returned to us to reuse.

SEASONAL SHEAF
A Sheaf is similar to a bouquet but it is has a flat side so that it can be rest on a coffin. It is tied at the stem base with raffia or a coloured ribbon of your choice. A Sheaf can be the main floral arrangement on a coffin or can be an additional tribute from family and friends. It can be easily carried to lay at a graveside. The stems are kept in fresh water until required, but can also be wrapped in a floral biodegradable wrap to keep them hydrated for a longer travel time out of water.

Layered Sheaf:
Create a full coffin top of flowers by taking 3 or more hand tied sheafs and laying them across the coffin. The individual sheafs are easily lifted and carried to the graveside or to the wake to display in vases

HAND-TIED BOUQUET
A bouquet of flowers and foliage beautifully arranged in a spiral and tied with twine and raffia or ribbon.
A bouquet is a smaller tribute and is easily carried to lay at the service, graveside, venue and can be shared at the end of the day.

FRESH FLOWER WREATH
Wreaths represent eternal life. A wreath of fresh flowers and evergreen foliage or fresh plants is a beautiful choice of farewell arrangement. Our wreaths are lovingly hand made on a twisted willow or vine base. The base is covered in our freshly harvested Shropshire moss and decorated with seasonal foliage and flowers. The wreath will gently grow and fade when it is placed outside. We can also include little plants that can be easily separated to replant in memory. Suitable for natural burial

IVY AND FLORAL GARLANDS
IVY GARLAND
English ivy is woven together to form a soft and natural fresh foliage garland around the coffin. It can be attached to the outside of a wicker or willow coffin.

FLOWER POSIES
Individual hand tied flower posies can also be attached to a woven or wicker coffin for a pretty garland of flowers with or without the ivy garland. We recommend 10 or 20 posies to dress a coffin. Dried flowers or seasonal fresh flowers can be used in the posies.

FLOWER FILLED BOOTS
A truly personal tribute of your loved one's favourite boots filled with flowers. These will raise a smile as a tribute for someone who had a hobby they loved e.g. hiking, gardening, DIY. The flowers are placed in a waterproof container which is hidden in the boots.

FLOWER FILLED
BASKET OR TRUG
This is a beautiful vintage style basket or garden trug brimming with flowers arranged into little jam jars of water. Each jam jar is nestled securely in place so that the whole basket can be carried and placed on the coffin and then taken to the graveside or venue after the service
The jam jars of flowers can easily be lifted out of the basket to become pretty and informal table posies to decorate the wake venue. The bunches of flowers can also be shared out at the end of the day. You may already have a trug or basket that can be filled with flowers or I can provide one which is returned to Gate House Florals.
